1) Products sold (Digital only)

All products sold on this website are digital (for example: digital license keys, activation codes, digital downloads, or digital access).
No physical goods are shipped.

2) Placing an order

  • You place an order by completing checkout and submitting payment.

  • We may request additional information to verify orders for fraud prevention.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the transaction is unauthorized, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

3) Prices, currency, and availability

  • Prices are shown on the product pages and confirmed at checkout.

  • Depending on your location, prices may be displayed in USD (US) or GBP (UK) (or another currency if enabled).

  • If a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you.

4) Payment

  • Payments are processed using secure payment providers shown at checkout.

  • We do not store full card details. Payment providers handle payment information under their own privacy policies.

  • Your order may not be delivered until payment is confirmed.

5) Digital delivery (how you receive your purchase)

  • Delivery is generally made by email to the address used at checkout (and/or via your account if available).

  • Typical delivery time: within 24 hours, often faster.

  • You are responsible for providing the correct email address and checking spam/junk folders.

6) License and use (digital items)

Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

  • Purchases are intended for personal or internal business use only.

  • You may not resell, share, publish, or distribute digital products, license keys, or activation codes unless you have explicit written permission from Clovate Soft and/or the rights holder.

  • You must comply with the publisher/vendor license terms and applicable laws.

7) Refunds (digital policy)

Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

In general, refunds or replacements may be offered for:

  • non-delivery (after verification),

  • verified defective/invalid delivery, or

  • billing errors (duplicate charge).

UK consumers (important): Digital content can be excluded from the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins if you gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that your right to cancel would be lost once supply starts.

9) Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute/chargeback. Most issues can be resolved faster through support. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to order review and account restrictions to prevent fraud.

10) Taxes

Taxes (if applicable) are displayed at checkout depending on your location and the product type. You are responsible for any local taxes/fees required by your jurisdiction.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clovate Soft LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost data) arising from your purchase or use of digital products.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12) Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

UK consumers: You may also have mandatory protections under UK consumer law that apply regardless of this clause.
